Translation

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“When a person becomes ill, Allah Ta’ala sends two angels to him and says ‘See what he says to those who come to visit him. If he praises Allah when people come to visit him, the angels go to inform Allah -although Allah Knows very well-. Allah Ta’ala then says, ‘I take it upon Myself that if I cause him to pass away, I will grant him entry into Jannah, and if I cure him, I will replace him with better flesh, better blood and I will erase his sins.’”

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
